I don’t know if Minger has the same definition around the world as where I’m from bit sure made me laugh when I opened the packager!Overall effective product. Very happy with it, especially given how cheap it was.Withholding one star as the remote doesn’t seem to have been programmed well. Some of the colours on the buttons don’t match what the lights produce when pressed. But this doesn’t bother me too much.The lights could also be a little brighter but they are fine for my use and really can’t complain at this price.Thanks Minger! 😅

Gets the job done. It has 16 different colours and 5 different lighting modes, the leds are not individually addressable which means the whole strip has to all be one colour at a time, the leds felt kinda dim at first but I am used to them now and lastly, the tape on it is really strong, I moved them several times without using new tape and they still stick.

For those who want to use these lights on a smart plug or timer: when the power is turned off and back on again, these lights retain the settings prior to power off, which was a wanted feature for me. I set them to blue and powered off the smart plug, on turning it back on the lights remained blue. If you turn the lights off via the remote and then turn the smart plug off and on again, they remain off. So all settings are retained when power is turned off including sequences.I've had a strip in the past where the entire strip was covered in a transparent soft gel-like covering to protect the tiny components, this strip just has the naked components exposed so more care is needed when handling them.The remote didn't work on first use. I removed the battery and replaced it again to find the remote was working. Who knows lol, I had removed the battery's protective tab. Make sure you point the remote at the strips power unit anyway.I didn't use the peel off backing because in my experience it never sticks very well or lasts very long. Instead I used electrical tape in various key places, but I did use the supplied clips in order to help keep the strip in place at certain points.The lights themselves are very nice and bright. The remote is handy to quickly change colour. I won't use the sequence features much but this is what the remote does:Brightness up and down, power on and off.Solid red, green, blue and white lights.Various preset colours.Smooth - slowly changes through colours with a soft transition.Fade - changes through colours a bit quicker and with pronounced quick fades in between.Strobe - steps through colours every 3 seconds without fades.Flash - Like strobe but much quicker, changing colour in quick steps without fading.I'm pleased overall, these lights do exactly as I had planned. The sticky pads are a welcome addition but I wish the whole strip was covered on a protective layer, but this is probably reflected in the low price. The remote is cheap and cheerful with a tricky-to-remove battery tray but it does it's job. I probably won't use it too much as I have my lights come on with a smart plug that is linked to Alexa.A good purchase giving great results, but handle them carefully.

Lights great but remote really needs to be pointed at white box to work. Had issues with lights not working and contacted the customer service - very helpful and prompt replies. Unplugged the lights and reconnected and they started working again.

Pretty impressive to be honest.. adhesive sticks well, remote very accurate and leds are bright and easy to install! The 8 different brightness settings are pretty neat and the variety of colours and different modes are quite useful. Looks insane, I had no trouble with leds not working or any issues with cutting the strip where I didn't need any more. Highly recommend..

These are good LEDs and are very bright and makes a good ambience in any room. I stuck mine to the back and bottom of my bedroom TV. The adhesive is very strong and you don't really need to use the clips provided though sometimes it may be necessary, it depends where you intend to use them. Only issue I've come across is the fact that when you switch them off with the remote, they don't go completely off unless you unplug them from the mains. They remain extremely dim when powered off which makes me slightly concerned on how safe these are to use. It's a good idea to keep them unplugged at night and all other times when they're left unattended.

The adhesive is ok! But it has been falling off my wall lately, it could be brighter! But my room is tiny so it's perfect for me! The remote is brilliant

very happy with this product, it is super bright and pretty. i will say though that the adhesive stuck to the paper that peels off so i did have to peel it off and stick it to the lights. other that that it's perfect
