Love this gadget it only works at tap pressure but it's great value for money and so easy to use

Not as strong as a power washer so will not be strong enough for patio cleaning. However I use it for car cleaning and is ideal for that job. The two nozzles are ideal, one for removing dirt and the second for rinsing. Just don’t expect a pressure washer on the cheap!
