I bought it 10 days ago. Everyone is different but for me it works. My wrist pain is gone. I am foing body pump and push ups. I dont wear the wrist compression band any longer. There is another benefit I have noticed. I had migraines , awfull migraines, on a scale from 0 to 10 , the intensity of the pain is on 3 from 9. But I must say I also use an ankle magnetic bracelet. I have one on my left hand and one on my write ankle. I am just happy that my pain went so low as I could not work and I had already 2 warnings from my employer. Now I am better. I will observe me in the next few months but for sure I will wear these bracelets for the rest of my life. 10+++++++

I have tried other bracelets like these but this one is definitely better it’s more comfortable to wear n taking out the extra links was easy much easier than I expected as for pain relief yes it has helped

As a sufferer of the dreaded arthritis especially in my hands and wrists, have used two copper magnetic bracelets before with great results until they broke recently so decided to try two of these, well having worn for a week one on each wrist 24/7 cannot say I have noticed any pain relief so far but will continue wearing them if nothing else because they look nice and trendy for an old codger(65) like myself . Time will tell if I obtain any benefits other than style.

Only had for a over a week so on the pain relief question I can’t give you an honest answer as the jury is still out, the bracelet is a bit fiddly to adjust and the tool supplied is really not up to the job as it snapped and would not hold the pin to remove the adjustment pins but after a bit of time I was able to shorten the bracelet. The clasp is tight and again is a bit hard to open but that’s better than being loose and loosing the bracelet . But it’s nice looking and I am happy with it.

Looks great and is not heavy. the links are easy to take out with the tool that is included. Have only worn it for only over a day so have not had a chance to tell if the bracelet will make a difference with any of my aches and pains so i will have a update in a couple of weeks time. But it is well made and looks very nice on.
