The people who are saying they made fogging worse must have put them on upside down. They work very well. Better than buying a mask with a valve and filters. The info about the ones with valves and filters doesn't generally say which way the valves work. If they're designed to prevent dust and stuff being breathed in then the masks are worse than useless for preventing the spread of a virus - you'd just be breathing straight out of them!However, we've fixed these to the inside of the masks with little loops of tape so we don't have to fiddle about fitting them.

Have tried a couple of different nose bridges for work (ambulance) but these are the most effective I have found for a full shift. It takes a few attempts to get it located in a surgical mask correctly, but they work very well.

Can't understand why some reviewers are having difficulty. I used this with a homemade cloth mask. Hooking one ear loop one I placed the bridge on my nose holes side down as per the photos. Holding it in place, I hooked the other loop on making sure my nose was covered and the mask was under my glasses. Perfectly clear visionRecommended

This seems like a great product however there is no way to attach these to the actual mask ? I use double sided tape, but it's a great idea for those of us with glasses.

I used double-sided tape to stick it firmly on the top of the mask. I moved the mask, moved the glasses, and installed it in the correct way. Finally, when I use it, my glasses steam less.

Its tricky to start off with but with practice easier. Just spend a little time and you come intall it easily.Its a useful adaption especially now the weather is getting colder.
