It is easy to use for someone like me who has Rheumatoid Arthritis and finds it impossible to use a pressure washer , this jet washer is nearly as efficient on patio paths and car wheels .

Not as strong as a power washer so will not be strong enough for patio cleaning. However I use it for car cleaning and is ideal for that job. The two nozzles are ideal, one for removing dirt and the second for rinsing. Just don’t expect a pressure washer on the cheap!

I don't understand all the negative reviews. People seems to have expected the equivalent of an electric power washer! It is *not*. It is simply a cheap and very effective secondary, manual hose attachment that works exactly as described, producing a significantly harder, thinner jet of water for removing superficial dirt and bird droppings. That is exactly why I bought it because I didn't want to drag out the power washer every time my car gets bird droppings on it (regularly). If that is what you need this for, it is *exactly* the product for you. Tried it this morning and worked perfectly, blasting away the bird mess.In short: ignore the negative reviews. This is excellent for its limited purpose.
